The film starts with
a slam-bang gun battle in an amusement park. From
there, the plot morphs into a story of a gangster boss who is betrayed
and murdered by his duplicitous second-in-command Chiu Shing. Then Chun
Bing shows up. She's a mysterious ass-kicking diva who happens to be the
daughter of the dead gangster boss. Soon, she's joined by her equally-tough
brother, Yuet. Lots of cops die along the way, but Tong Fung (played by
Sibelle Hu) continues her investigation. It all leads to a VERY
unpleasant white slave/prostitution racket and a series of amazingly gratuitous
torture sessions [see below center] that are difficult to watch.
Filmmaker Lu Chin-Ku is no stranger to the 'Gun Diva' genre. He also directed

TERMINATORS 2. Lu Chin-Ku helmed 24 movies between 1973-1994 under
a variety of pseudonyms [ranging from Tommy Loo to Simon Yuen Ching].
One of his first films was BLACK
MAGIC CURSE; for the Genre fans, he is best known for HOLY
VIRGIN VS THE EVIL DEAD and the lesbian revenge flick LADY
PUNISHER. He announced his retirement in 1994 due to health problems
but continued to write screenplays for another decade - usually under
the name Zhenyang Wang - and would take minor television acting jobs for
a few more years after that.
