starring: Kazuki Kitamura · Oka Antara · Rin Takanashi · Luna Maya ·

This
joint Japanese-Indonesian production tells the story of two men from
two totally different cultures. Here is Bayu, a journalist investigating
a corrupt businessman in Jakarta, and Nomura a banker-turned-serial-killer
from Tokyo. They meet through the Internet chat room and form an unholy
alliance. The Japanese man is abducting and torturing women on camera,
uploading the images 'for the world to enjoy.' The Indonesian writer
is fascinated by the videos, and through a series of events becomes
a killer himself. A rivalry begins between the two men which leads to
a massive face-to-face showdown.
Here
is the second feature film from Indonesian Mo Brothers (the unrelated
Imo Stamboel
and Timo Tjahjanto) preceded by the blood-soaked horror opus MACABRE.
