Righteous senator Alberici tries to expose the head of his party with accusations of corruption. But in reality, Alberici is secretly a gay predator who gets murdered during a wild drug-infused orgy. This incident results in an explosive scandal that threatens everyone in its path.

Sergio Bergonzelli made 28 movies between 1960-1990. He began his career - like so many other cult directors - with Spaghetti Westerns but by the end of the sixties he had diverted to more controversial counter-culture films (i.e., CRISTIANA SCANDALOUS COED (1972) and OUR LADY OF LUST). He is best known for the bizarre Giallo IN THE FOLDS OF THE FLESH and the horror movie BLOOD DELIRIUM. Mr Bergonzelli retired from the movie business when his health began to fail in the early '90s. He died from a heart attack in September 2002. Sergio was 78.
