This film was loosely inspired by the Thai hit SHUTTER. Ramon Y. Tungka plays Nino, a young voyeuristic slacker who spends his life on the computer or - sometimes - masturbating as he spies [through a hole in the wall] on his brother Aldo (Ibnu Jamil) and girlfriend Virnie (Dewi Perssik). In reality, he is obsessed with Virnie and has convinced himself that he's in love with her. Nino turns to black magic to steal the girl away from his brother. Traditionally, the burial shroud of a female virgin contains powerful magic, capable of granting any wish for the lovelorn. So, Nino breaks into city morgue and steals the shroud from a recently deceased virgin. He doesn't realize until too late that this particular shroud has deadly ju-ju because the young woman had committed suicide.

Indonesian pop singer Dewi Perssik made her film debut with this movie in 2008. Its popularity [and her performance] immediately thrust Dewi into a parade of B-productions with less-than-stellar results (DEMON MERMAID GHOST, GHOST OF THE VIRGIN GIRLFRIEND, et al). She finally hit paydirt again with Irwn Ibon Baihaki's mean-spirited shocker CRAWLING FROM THE MUD in 2013.
