Welcome to the world of impossibly short dresses and naughty but, somehow, naive sex. This is the world of Gloria Guida, a teen model turned Italian starlet. Here Gloria plays Monika, a 16 year old beautiful virgin with an eye for the boys. She befriends a student named Leo without realizing that he's a pimp who hooks high school girls to rich businessmen. While Monika enjoys the attention, she's really more interested in one of her teachers...
Director Mario Imperoli was obsessed with the love-triangle story. This film, like most of his others (notably BLUE JEANS, MY WIFE HAS A BODY MADE FOR LOVE and SNAPSHOT OF A CRIME), uses a quirky menage-a-trois theme which results in a very dark conclusion. Had Mr Imperoli lived, he would have evolved into one of the great Italian genre directors. As it stands, his death (from a heart attack) at age 46 on Christmas Eve in 1977 cut those expectations short.
