This is the sequel to SUKEBAN DEKA: THE MOVIE. It deals with a secret police Gestapo-style organization headed by the impossibly handsome Masaki Kyomoto. Their goal is to create anarchy in the Japanese streets and then usurp the government's authority, thus taking over the country. The highlight of the film is, at the conclusion, when Yui - armed with her trusty yo-yo - knocks the bad guy's airplane out of the sky.

A Japanese film; widescreen (1.85:1), (91 min.) version in DVD encoded for REGION ONE NTSC, playable on any American DVD machine; in Japanese language with removable English subtitles.
