This
is the sequel to Gloria Guida's HIGH
SCHOOL FLIRTS. The setting is obviously a school full of remedial
students with little ability to learn and even less interest to do so.
Instead they spend much of their time playing jokes (sometime quite vicious
pranks) on the alarmingly unqualified faulty. At the center of the 'madcap'
comedy is a surprisingly refined Gloria Guida playing Angela, the most
attractive girl on the campus, pursued by two different boyfriends with
rather nefarious approaches to seduction. Many fans of Italian sex comedies
have also made note of the scene where male students punch a hole in the
wall of the girls' shower to spy on naked classmates. Of course, this
immediately seems like a rip-off of the American-made Porky's,
except Porky's came 5 years later!
Director Mariano Laurenti seems to be obsessed with this kind of motion
picture, having made Edwige Fenech's FEMALE
TEACHER IN A BOY'S SCHOOL just a few months previous.
Gloria Guida was crowned Miss Teenage Italy in 1973. She parlayed that
notoriety into box-office gold, delivering 25 movies within ten years.
As Gloria approached age 30, she chose to make fewer films. In 1991, she
married singer/actor Johnny Dorelli [IL
MOSTRO]. They have one child and remain married today.
