This controversial film was the debut project for Massimo Pirri [best known for the notorious IMMORALITY (L'Immoralita) two years later]. Here is the story of Riccardo, a young man from a noble family who - driven by a confused mystical vocation - has been studying in a Swiss seminary. He returns home as an unmotivated priest, hoping to resume a sexual liaison with his half-sister Stefania. But he soon learns of her forthcoming marriage. Riccardo tries desperately to win back Stefania's affection but fails to conquer the reluctant girl. Dejected, Riccardo joins a hippie commune where he is introduced to a world of drugs and violent sexual nihilism.

Underrated actor Lino Capolicchio is best known for HOUSE WITH WINDOWS THAT LAUGHED, YOUR HANDS ON MY BODY, and ONLY BLACKNESS (Solamente Nero). After 80+ films, Mr Capolocchio is still acting today.
