Mad scientist Doctor Ruiz terrorizes Mexico City by kidnapping young women and then using them as subjects in sadistic brain transplant experiments. He is aided by Gomar, an ape monster with superhuman strength. One of the victims is the sister of a female wrestler who swears vengeance against the evil doctor.

This is the first entry in the Wrestling Women series of films, followed by WRESTLING WOMEN VS THE AZTEC MUMMY, SHE-WOLVES OF THE RING and WRESTLING WOMEN VS THE KILLER ROBOT. They were all directed by exploitation king René Cardona who made 150+ films between 1937-1982.
