Casey
Larrain plays Misty in this 'lost'Ed
Wood film, from his washed-out sex/porn trash days of the '70s
[he would die from an alcohol-induced heart attack in 1978 at age 54].
In this film, Misty is married to a transvestite named Francis (played
by Wood in full drag). After the two of them frolic in a hot tub, she
becomes fed-up with Francis and decides to leave him for good. Misty
jumps on her motorcycle and sets off to "experience the world"
which leads to a lesbian encounter (with Lynn Harris and Donna Stanley)
and then romance with a biker dude (Stud Stetson), followed by wild
campfire sexcapades and a violent gang of thugs sent by her husband
to rape her.
While
it's not as 'hardcore' as Wood's NECROMANIA
(also made in 1971), this one rates high on the sleaze-meter as it ventures
into some very dark territory, including violence, drugs and some XXX
penetration during the hippie/biker orgy. Of course, the highlight of
the movie is the opening segment with Ed Wood dolled-up in female garb
and his extravagant blonde wig as he attempts to seduce Misty in the
hot tub. Perhaps this scene rings uncomfortably close to reality, as
Wood's first marriage to Norma McCarty ended on his wedding night when
she kicked him out of the house for wearing women's underwear.

included in this DVD package: three more Casey Larrain features 1) CAUGHT
IN THE CAN [also written by Ed Wood and probably directed by him
under the 'Charleton Roberts' alias], telling the story of two
crossdressers arrested for soliciting and tossed into a female jailcell;
2) SCENT OF LOVE and 3) HEDONIST HYPNOSTIST both from
1970 and 4) a short clip from LOVE MAKING USA with Ed Wood and
Larrain.
