Aktaç jumped into the arena with this thriller, concentrating
on dark religious forces and psychotic mind control. The plot deals
with Emrah
and Salih, two University roommates sharing the same house without knowing
much about each other. One night, Salih sees smoke billowing from under
Emrah's closed door. Fearing the worst, he pounds on the door but gets
no response. The next day, Salih refuses to discuss the smoke and Salih
admits that no damage was done. So, alright. However, Salih soon runs
away from the house and enters a dark world of spells, goblins, amulets
and abortions. Everyone is in danger.
Kübra
Balcan - in her only motion picture - turns in a strong performance
as the possessed Nurdan. After this film, she landed the role of Mahperi
Altun in the Turkish TV series Karadayi. After this movie,
Halil Ibrahim Gezer left acting to become a full-time stuntman, he has
since been involved in many projects including the James Bond flick
Skyfall.
