During
the Ghost Festival, a rich young woman buys an old jade at an auction.
Later, her husband catches her as she is making love to a monster that
came out of the statue. In a rage, the man smashes the jade statue but
his body erupts in flames and he jumps from the window to his death.
His wife kills herself, however she had been impregnated by the monster.
A wizard protects the body with a spell but many years later the fetus
returns for revenge.
An
outrageous Hong Kong Category III horror film from director Lau Hung
Chuen (known for his cinematography wok on such diverse films as Tsui
Hark's WE
ARE GOING TO EAT YOU to Ringo Lam's FULL
CONTACT). This mindnumbing extravaganza was written by industry
exploitation scripter Cheng Wen-hua (JAILHOUSE
EROS).
