The
transplanting of human brains and electronic device implantation play
important roles in a story directed by schlock filmmaker Al Adamson (shot
in Hollywood, rather than the Philippines). Like most every other Adamson
film, little makes sense but the elements are all there: an evil dwarf,
a wacko scientist, a lumbering monster, a basement filled with chained
women and the wicked brain of blood.
