vie for power on the streets, drug trafficking is out of hand and anarchy

by Detectives Ida and Hon, are given carte blanche to get things under

In this unrelated sequel, Yukari Oshima plays Bullet, a girl who's just
been released from prison after taking the fall for her triad boss. Her
childhood friend Chitty (Moon Lee) welcomes her back and tries to introduce
Bullet to a new life. But things quickly go to hell when she beats up
her former gangster boss who tries to make Chitty into his prostitute
and another friend is drugged and abused.
