The story deals with demonic possession and black magic. Specifically, a loyal and faithful husband named Alan Chang (a taxi driver by trade) is dragged into a web of adultery and despair after picking up a female client - who may be a ghost, sorceress or a witch - and falling under her brutal curse.

This was the debut film for director Ling Ping who had a short but distinctive career of Hong Kong 'curse' movies in the mid '80s. He is best known for the similarBLOODY SORCERY in 1986.
