Ghastly (2011) Ko Seoh-Jin's Horrific Korean Debut Film
Ghastly (2011) Ko Seoh-Jin\'s Horrific Korean Debut Film

Debut Horrific Project from Korean director Ko Seoh-Jin

director: Ko Seoh-Jin
starring: Han Eun-Jeong · Hwang Ji-Hyeon · Lee Hyung-Suk · Hyomin (T-Ara) · Park Seong-Min

Having survived a brutal murder, a traumatized boy is sent to live with his aunt and uncle who find that his weird behavior is only the start of their troubles. It becomes evident that a supernatural force is acting upon them. They try to solve his anti-social attitude by looking for the cause of his problems. No matter what they do, his condition continues to spin out of control into the realm of murderous mayhem.

Despite the obvious impact of maniac child Bin (played by Lee Hyung-suk), the movie belongs to actress Han Eun-Jeong who drifts seamlessly from being in control to frantic. She was previously best known for her female-fighter role in DIVINE WEAPON.

A South Korean film with English subtitles; widescreen format (16:9), uncut (79 minutes)
