Jessica
is a young woman running a remote wildlife sanctuary in the Australian
outback. She is in for trouble when confronted by three vicious poachers.
The hunters, bored with tracking kangaroos, have decided to break into
the sanctuary and kill some endangered animals. Once they see Jessica,
they decide she's 'fair game' as well.
This
vicious, no-holds-barred actioner is the debut project from Australian
director Mario Andreacchio. He became a member of the board of the Australian
Film Finance Corporation after making Sally Marshall Is Not An Alien
(1999) which became that country's second highest grossing film.
In 1988,
shortly after making this film, Cassandra Delaney married American singer
John Denver.
