Uncle
and nephew Keisuke run an underground retribution company known as Rapeman
Services with the motto 'Righting wrongs through penetration.' Clients
come to them with tales of humiliation or mistreatment at the hands
of a female. If the case warrants it and they accept the assignment,
Rapeman Services correct the injustice through a well orchestrated rape
(performed by hockey-masked Keisuke). "When the law is powerless,
we will punish the guilty," says Rapeman in the beginning of RAPEMAN
2. Of course, they also accept money for this service. The funds
are used to help finance the Sunflower Orphanage where Keisuke and Uncle
spent their youth.
This specific episode - originally designed as the final chapter until
fans rallied for its continuation - is much more intricate [and mean-spirited]
than the previous entries. It opens in the middle of a warranted assault
as Keisuke (Rapeman) discovers his new female victim is actually a he.
Keisuke is so upset by the assignment - especially because it reflects
Uncle's lack of concern for details - that he resigns. Meanwhile, a
female gangster boss named Namata (raped by Keisuke in Episode
#1 and brought to justice) is released from prison. She concocts
a plan for revenge against Rapeman Services that includes getting Uncle
imprisoned with an assault charge and creating a Rapeman Impostor to
sexually attack everyone close to Keisuke. When an old girlfriend, now
a nun named Sister Megumi, is raped by the impostor (she commits suicide
afterwards), Keisuke decides to fight fire with fire.
