A gang of biker punks
manage to piss off both the mob and the authorities in this exceptionally
over-the-top slice of exploitation.
These vicious thugs raise a lot of hell, which includes robbing banks,
gang-raping captured co-eds, killing innocent motorists. But they are
mostly interested in busting their leader, Tarzan, out of jail (which
- with a couple well-placed hookers consorting with the guards - isn't
as difficult as it might seem). Eventually two federal agents take the
task of bringing the Punks to justice.

Seven years separate
this sequel from the original, but the plot begins immediately after the
Punks' incarceration, seen at the conclusion of the first film.
This movie starts with the Punks breaking out of jail and then going after
federal agent Marco. They invade Marco's home during his daughter's birthday
party, killing both Mom and the kid. Agent Marco vows revenge and he decides
to dish out justice on his own. In "Death Wish" fashion,
he tracks down each of the gang members and dishes out his own brand of
vengeance.
