Director Fauzi Mansur - who also made SATANIC ATTRACTION (Atracao Satanica) the same year - has delivered a demented South American variation of the Grindhouse Gore Film called RITUAL OF DEATH. It is filled with scenes of graphic bloodletting, among the most extreme ever to slip out of South America.

An ancient Egyptian book with mystic powers is stolen from the library by an actor who wants to use the text for a new avant-garde play. Before long he's possessed by an evil demon and embarks on a reign of of slaughter against his colleagues.
