Gordon Lewis had been Brazilian, this is the movie he would have
made. SATANIC ATTRACTION (Atracao Satanica) is a demented South
American variation of the Grindhouse Gore Film directed by veteran Mansur.
It is loaded - from start to finish - with scenes of graphic bloodletting,
quite possibly the most extreme motion picture of its type to slither
out of S.A.
The plot
centers around a sexy radio DJ named Fernanda; she hosts a popular nighttime
program in which she tells gruesome horror stories about satanic rituals
and sex murders. When bodies start turning up - victims killed exactly
the way Fernanda described on her show - the police start to think someone
or some group is using her program to get ideas. Or maybe the real truth
is even more macabre?
A Brazilian
film in English language; fullscreen format, uncut version (102 min.),
