FILM
1 CURSE OF THE DEVIL (Return of the
Walpurgis) (1973)
director: Charles Aured (Carlos Aured)
starring: Paul
Naschy · Fay Falcon · Vidal Molina · Maritza Olivares · Maria Silva
Tim Lucas (in Video
Watchdog) called it: "Not only one of Naschy's best films, but one
of the finest Spanish horror films ever." This 1973 shocker is filled
with atmosphere, nudity and graphic violence; it is widely considered
to be one of the goriest and sexiest horror films
of Naschy's career. The plot deals with a satanic coven who challenge
Waldemar Daninsky's werewolf curse.

for WORLD FORMAT NTSC, playable on any American machine. Extras include

2 HORROR RISES FROM THE TOMB (El Espanto
Surge De La Tumba) (1972)
director: Charles Aured (Carlos Aured)
starring: Paul
Naschy · Helga Line · Emma Cohen · Vic Winner · Cristina Suriani
Because the Spanish
Government would not allow this kind of story to be set in Spain, Naschy
wrote it for a French locale. The plot deals with a 15th century nobleman
beheaded for acts of witchcraft who returns to life in modern-day France
to seek vengeance against his executioner's descendants.
Fullscreen
print, uncut European version (89 min.), in English language, DVD encoded
for WORLD FORMAT NTSC, playable on any American machine. Extras include

3 EXORCISMO (Exorcism) (1975)
director: Juan Bosch
starring: Paul
Naschy · Maria Perschy · Maria Kosti · Grace Mills · Jorge Torras
Never released in
the United States (some sources insist the producers didn't want to address
the similarities between this story and William Friedkin's EXORCIST),
this is the story of a priest summoned to perform an exorcism on a young
woman who had participated in a satanic ceremony and is now possessed
by the devil,
Fullscreen
print, uncut European version (90 min.), in English language, DVD encoded
for WORLD FORMAT NTSC, playable on any American machine. Extras include

4 FURY OF THE WOLFMAN (La Furia del
Hombre Lobo) (1971)
director: Jose Maria Zabalza & Jacinto Molina (Paul Naschy)
starring: Paul
Naschy · Perla Cristal · Veronica Lujan · Mark Stevens · Michael Rivers
Problems plagued this
project throughout (including an MIA director) but the inconsistency puts
this film into a class by itself: awful and wonderful at the same time.
A man vacationing in Tibet is bitten by a Yeti
creature. His psychiatrist girlfriend uses him for mind control experiments,
hoping to awaken a "manliness" that never existed before. Instead
she resurrects a wolfman killer.

FORMAT NTSC, playable on any American machine.
