Of course, Italian
filmmaker Bruno Mattei (often using his tongue-in-cheek pseudonym Vincent
Dawn) is best known for his zombie movies HELL
OF THE LIVING DEAD, ZOMBIES:
BEGINNING and ISLAND
OF THE LIVING DEAD, but he often dabbled in many other Euro exploitation
venues, like JAIL:
WOMEN'S HELL and this excursion into Euro sleaze.
Here is an unconventional
story of Roberta, a conservative music professor at a Girls' Academy in
Venice, who is seduced and corrupted by a charming rogue named Lorenzo.
Roberta totally loses herself in lusty fog after Lorenzo introduces her
to the seedier side of his own philandering existence. A surprisingly
graphic undertaking by Maestro Mattei with loads of nudity and an unusual
sinister decadence.
This one was shot back-to-back with his SNUFF
TRAP.
