The
director of LET
SLEEPING CORPSES LIE delivers one of the best adaptations of the Elizabeth
Bathory legend. It tells the story of the Marquise Bathory who gets splattered
with some drops of blood from a young servant girl and discovers that
the blood can preserve her skin. She enters into a plot with her husband
to lure victims to their death so she can bath in their blood. Things
get complicated when the husband finds himself sexually attracted to one
of the newest captured girls.
This
disc includes the English language version plus the original full Spanish
edit. Deleted and alternate (more explicit) scenes are included as extras.
