Armed guerillas
storm the party of a major Japanese trading company. They kidnap [and
hold for ransom] Eri Enomoto, the daughter of the CEO. Negotiations to
get her back are thwarted by company infighting and the stressed boss
falls victim to a heart attack. When the girl's childhood friend Miki
learns of the situation, she decides to take the law into her own hands

Kiki has just
graduated from the Police Academy. Due to her skills with a gun she is
quickly snatched up by the Tokyo Department. Her first assignment deals
with a terrorist bomb attack. During the assault, she loses her partner
and the hostage. Kiki vows vengeance against the band of terrorists. She
goes deep undercover, infiltrating the organization and eventually falling
in love with the head of the gang. [widescreen 1.78:1]
