Nai-Hoi was the scriptwriter for most of Johnnie To's best productions,
now he delivers an epic motion picture. Here's a tough, gritty look at
police surveillance. Specifically, it's the story of a new recruit (played
by Kate Tsui) and her mentor (Simon Yam), as they track down a gang of
armed gangsters led by 'the Hollow Man (Tony Leung in a terrific ice-cold
role).
