This special
boxed set is the second of two which collects the PERFECT EDUCATION
series. These movies deal with the themes of kidnapping, bondage, dominance
and - ultimately - love ...as a man (a different one in each film) kidnaps
a young woman and trains her for "perfect love." This Japanese
series began in 1999, based loosely on a notorious kidnapping case, with
emphasis on how the girl becomes more and more devoted to her captor.
Despite the hostile kidnapping and initial vicious assault, the distance
between the two gradually shortens, and their relationship becomes something
that resembles love.
The final film in this series (sometimes called #6 but identified as #5 here) is directed by legendary
Pink filmmaker Koji Wakamatsu.
