Three female vice-cops convince a low-ranking (and stupid) gangster that he has lost his memory and that he's actually been working undercover in a sting operation against the Big Bro and his partner Monster Pig. Acting on instructions from the cops, the simpleton infiltrates the top level of the triad organization where he begins an affair with the Big Boss' wife and inadvertently helps her gain control of the Mafia network.
