Beautiful Meiko Kaji (of LADY SNOWBLOOD and ALLLEYCAT ROCK fame) is Nami -- prisoner code name Scorpion. Unlike other women-in-prison movies, this one opens with convicts Nami and Yukiko escaping from the penitentiary. After an exhilarating chase, they are caught and transferred to a maximum security prison where the two girls are tortured and severely disciplined. As Nami spends time in "the hole," she begins thinking about the events which led to her arrest for attempted murder. She had tried to kill her boyfriend, a crooked vice cope, who framed her while lining his pockets with bride money. Nami vows vengeance.
