This
epic adventure recalls the events leading up to the 12th Century's legendary
duel between Musashibo Benkei (the warrior priest) and master swordsman
Lord Yoshitsune Minamoto at Gojoe Bridge.
Benkei,
a notorious warrior, has converted to Buddhism and embraced the philosophy
of nonviolence. However, after a series of vicious attacks from the marauding
Demons, he soon must pick up the sword and fight for his honor.
