This exceptional
horror film is Takashi Miike's unique variation of RING.
One day, a
strange message is recorded on your cell phone. Seemingly, it has originated
from a friend. The number is definitely hers. But the only message is
a scream... a desperate and hair-raising scream. And, as if that isn't
weird enough, you notice that the saved message was recorded three days
in the future (!). Of course, you immediately think it's a twisted prank
and you forget about it. That is, until the same call comes three days
later. And now your friend is dead. Can death really transmit through
a telephone· Can a grim message forecast a person's demise· Of course
not. But then the unbelievable happens to you... your own cell phone has
a message from you....
