Growing up mute after a childhood sexual assault, a young girl (Christina
Lindberg) spends years working on a remote farm. After missing the bus
one day, she is picked up by a suave young man who dines her and drugs
her. Soon she is trapped in a life of prostitution and addiction. After
rebelling against her captors, she is punished by having one of her eyes
gouged out. She then learns that her parents have died. Fed up with her
miserable life, the girl secretly trains herself in martial arts. Finally,
armed with a sawed-off shotgun, she begins a bloody revenge against those
who have abused her. Here is the movie that inspired Quentin Tarantino
to make KILL BILL. He has called THRILLER "the roughest revenge movie
ever made."
