Tormented people can access a special website run by a Hell Girl who enables them to take revenge on their bullies. The price for such a service is that person must also join their victims in eternal damnation. But the main plot deals with Ai Enma (Tina Tamashiro) and her vengeance against an abusive pop music superstar who is determined to murder his female lead singer on stage during a performance.

Based on the wildly successful anime series from 2005/06, this feature film is much darker and horrific due to the assured filmmaking talent of its director, Koji Shiaishi, best known for the cult hit NOROI.
