Olympic bodybuilding champion Segio Oliva stars as Pedro, a dockworker who accidentally sees something he shouldn't have seen [co-workers smuggling arms into the country]. He is targeted by the gang and falsely imprisoned on a charge of murder. Pedro is released from jail after his innocence is proven. Mil Mascaras convinces him to become a luchador/wrestler under the name Black Power.
