Cee has
gone to the cinema. After the movie, she leaves the auditorium and happens
to see her boyfriend Aof making out with a pretty girl named Ying. Of
course, Cee confronts her guy but Aof explains that Ying means nothing
to him... that she is a flirt who tried to seduce him. However, Ying overhears
the conversation and - moments later - jumps to her death from the cinema
rooftop, in an apparent suicide. The next day, when Cee and her sister
go to a film shoot on the island of rich entrepreneur Karn, the two girls
are terrorized by what seems to be the ghost of Ying.
Excellent special effects and director Choopetch's surprisingly good cinematography
elevate this new generation horror film to genre status. It was
Thailand's top grossing film of 2011. This new director is someone to
keep an eye on.
