A
disturbing (and ultimately horrific) love triangle emerges when two
sisters, psychiatrist Zhao Shuzhen and dancer Xue Meng, unknowingly
fall for the same young man, an artist named Jiang Han.
This film marks the first Chinese venture of popular Korean actor Ju
Ji-hoon. He originally made a name for himself by starring in numerous
television mini-series dramas (5 different productions between 2006-2015,
including The Devil, Five Fingers, Princess
Hours, Medical Top Team and Mask).
But, interestingly, the real star here is not Ju, but rather the virtually
unknown Jill Hsu, a 30 year old Taiwanese singer/actress who landed
this role after appearing in two minor films Any Other Side and
22nd Catch.
