American orphan Casey is adopted by a master of a Japanese dojo. The young Westerner soon learns that his father has the responsibility of guarding the Yoroi Bitsu, a sacred ninja legacy. Through the years, Casey develops a rivalry against a competing clan and is eventually lured into a deadly scrimmage. For that he gets expelled from the dojo and swears vengeance. When Casey accompanies the master's daughter to New York, he finds an opportunity to get even.
