Set in the
early 18th century, during Korea's Joseon Dynasty, here is the story of
a young hoodlum who meets and falls in love with a kisaeng at a luxurious
bar. Their romance instigates a fight with the head of rival gang, causing
the palace to issue a crackdown on the barroom. Directed with a unique
flare by Yeo Gyun-Dong (of LA
BELLE fame).
