Kathrine,
a beautiful heiress recovering from a mental breakdown, and her outpatient
nurse, Luisa, develop a special (albeit, sexual) relationship as they
open up to one another about their tormented pasts. Soon, Kathrine is
beginning to feel like her old self. But their relationship has become
more than a patient/nurse situation. Luisa's sadistic ex-husband, Sonny,
re-enters her life with a scheme to to reunite and - at the same time
- steal Kathrine's fortune. Sonny's plan unfolds into a lurid, unexpected
tale of seduction and madness.
Director
Woody Keith began his career as the scriptwriter for cult director Brian
Yuzna (penning both Society and Bride of Re-Animator in
1989). He retired from filmmaking after helming this project in 1999.
