Notorious preacher-turned-actor Marjoe Gortner plays Teddy, a disenfranchised Vietnam veteran who has turned to drug dealing and bullying to pass the time. This is a 'star-making performance' from Marjoe; he is evil personified. Traveling through New Mexico, he and girlfriend Cheryl invade a roadside diner to wreck havoc on the unsuspecting customers. The result is a gutwrenching excursion into all manner of physical, mental and emotional torture designed to utterly destroy any sense of civility.

Milton Katselas directs this visceral in-your-face exploitation classic, obviously influenced by LAST HOUSE ON THE LEFT and the wave of home-invasion cult films popular in the mid '70s. He helmed only a handful of movies. Mr Katselas was better known as a sought-after acting teacher in Hollywood where he owned and operated the Beverly Hills Playhouse for over 20 years. He died from a heart attack in October 2008 at age 74.
