A hypnotist is murdered in his dressing room. His ventriloquist dummy seemingly is the only witness to the crime. A boxer gets blamed for it. But soon another murder takes place. Is the dummy somehow involved? The film is headed towards a twisted finale. And emerges as the first European Giallo.

Spanish director Eugenio Martin (born Eugenio Martín Márquez on May 15, 1925) has successfully working in the European film industry, helming more than 40 movies since 1955. He is best known for his Spaghetti Westerns, especially BOUNTY HUNTER (aka THE UGLY ONES) and Lee Van Cleef's BAD MAN'S RIVER. Eurgenio retired in 1996 but still makes appearances at conventions and festivals. He was was honored at the Sitges film festival in 2010 where he received the Nosferatu Award in memory of this film (Spain's first International horror movie).
