Cocoa (Lola Falana) gets released from prison for twenty-four hours so she can testify in court against her mobster boyfriend. Veteran detective Lt. Ramsey (Alex Dreier) and his straight-laced partner Doug (Gene Washington) are assigned to protect Coca from a couple of very dangerous hit men (including thug Bid Eddie, played by ex-football star Mean Joe Greene). This is the uncut print of the movie, featuring Ms Falana's nude scene.

Lola Falana was a dancer/singer discovered by Sammy Davis Jr in the early '60s. She starred opposite Davis for her debut film A Man Called Adam in 1962. After the release of that movie, she traveled to Italy for nightclub performances. She quickly learned fluent Italian and began appearing in various television programs. Miss Falana was then signed to make a series of European motion pictures, including the Spaghetti Western LOLA COLT.
