While
sleeping, God appears to Priest Ikogu with a prophecy that he will become
almighty after allowing himself to be buried alive. Ikogu attempts to
prepare his family for the possibility that a false deity might be testing
him. He instills special powers into their souls which will allow his
decedents to search for the ultimate truth. However, a priestess puts
a curse on Ikogu and his family, instilling chaos and a blood quest after
the priest's ceremonial burial. In the second part, Ikogu has transcended
into the position of Ancient Cannibal God and uses his power to control
a young heir from ascending into the Kingship.

two films are produced in Africa for a Nigerian audience. English is spoken
throughout but sometimes difficult to understand due to the thick accents.
