Juliana Ierugan plays Oksana, a young Russian woman who goes to Italy in search of a higher paying job. She is desperate for money to pay the exorbitant price of a medicine which she needs to control a mysterious illness. But, the Italian streets aren't paved in gold and Oksana immediately ends up in a dangerous prostitution racket that specializes in providing fresh victims to sexual maniacs. Soon - surrounded by constant violence - Oksana's disease begins to erupt into an uncontrollable rage for blood.
Director Lorenzo Onorati helmed 30+ Euro softcore sex films throughout the eighties and early nineties. Operating under his 'Lawrence Webber' alias, he made CALIGULA'S SLAVE, FLAVIA (among others) plus the trashy thriller OBSESSION: A TASTE FOR FEAR as Oiccio Raffanini.This film, made at age 69 (with young Giovanni Pianigiani in 2004) would be his last project before retirement.
