Duke Lionello Shandwell is possessed by Byleth, the demon of incest. He is overwhelmed by the lustful drive to seduce his sister, Barbara. However, she is married to Giordano who recognizes the symptoms and tries to stop the campaign. Frustrated, Lionello turns to other females for companionship but that ends badly. Lots of naked females are mysteriously slaughtered with a three-point blade (the legendary weapon of Byleth.)

Director Leopoldo Savona was a filmmaker in the late-'60s/early-'70s, responsible for 20+ films during that period, half of which were Spaghetti Westerns (produced under the alias Leo Coleman). His most successful was the Anthony Stephen film APOCALYPSE JOE. Mr Savona helmed BYLETH just before retiring in 1972. He died in 2000 at age 78.
