During
Brigitte Lahaie's most prolific Porn period (1977-81), she would make
10+ films a year. Often her participation would be limited to one or two
scenes (so the producers could use her name in the credits) and then she
would disappear. This one, however, is Brigitte's movie. She is the star
and - with a minor exception - is in the center of action for the entire
90 minutes. This is great news for all Brigitte Lahaie fans. The movie
itself is simplistic personified. As the title suggests, a couple - Barbara
and and Hubert - want to find some 'sex slaves' who will help add a new
spark of lust to their marriage. Throughout the film, they "iinterview"
a variety of applicants.
Jean-Claude
Roy was a respected mainstream director who switched to hardcore productions
in 1974. With his change in venue also came a change in his name. He would
usually sign his XXX films as Patrick Aubin. Mr Roy retired from the business
in the late Nineties. As of this writing, he lives in France today at
age 81.
