While transporting some much needed medicine to an ailing empress in Edo, a young female ninja is taken hostage by a band of outlaws. The gang is headed by a sadistic leader (a vampire·) who enjoys brutal sex games in the dungeon of his remote castle. Poor Yuri is soon one of his unfortunate victims until her fellow female fighters rally an all-out attack against the haunted stronghold.
