Director Nishimura presents the cruel story of a sadistic dentist and his insane nurse who mercilessly torture cult fave Ran Masaki (as profiled in ACC 31 by Jack Ketchum) along with her lesbian lover. He captures and rapes the two women and - through a series of brutal sessions - attempts to domesticate them.
