Filmmaker Shion Sono (director of the first SUICIDE CIRCLE and the highly controversial STRANGE CIRCUS) continues his unconventional story of 54 schoolgirls who jumped to their deaths in a mass suicide at Shinjuku Station. This film deals with Noriko, a brilliant student, who lives with her sister, mom and journalist father in Toyokawa. She is a shy girl - "vaguely unhappy" - obsessed with a Website called Haikyo.com (Deserted Place). Through the site, Noriko makes friends with other teen girls. She decides to run away from home to find the webmaster in Tokyo, a young woman named Kumiko who has formed a bizarre group called 'Family Circle.' Somehow, Kumiko and her team were responsible for the mass suicide at Shinjuku Station. And Noriko is about to find out the grisly details.
