a college professor goes nuts and slaughters eleven hotel guests and employees.
He captures the whole thing on his 8 mm movie camera. Now cut to the present.
Filmmaker Matsumura has decided to bring the whole story to the big screen.
He hires a young actress, Nagisa, to star in his project but soon she
becomes the victim of frightful hallucinations. When other people start
complaining, Matsumura realizes that the original victims of the massacre
are crying out from the grave.
